Gould Valve Return Request

Need to return a Gould solenoid valve for inspection, repair, or warranty evaluation? Fill out the form below and our team will contact you to review your request and facilitate the return if applicable.

Please note:

All warranty claims must be received within one year of purchase date.
New and unused valves will incur a 15% restocking fee.
All other valves are subject to factory inspection and will be credited, repaired, or returned to the customer accordingly.

Once your return has been approved and you receive your RGA#, please include the RGA# and your order information in the package when you return your products. Please do not return products prior to receiving an RGA#.
