The Gould Solenoid Valves website is a wealth of information, offering assistance in selecting and ordering a solenoid valve to meet many application needs. The selection guide is easy to use, resulting in multiple suggested offerings to select from. They offer instructional material on function, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a video format as well, which I found to be more helpful than a written instruction & maintenance sheet.

We had purchased new ASCO valves and changed them out at the customer’s facility for them, and they are leaking again, according to our customer. I have used your solenoid valves on two or three of our designs so far, and if everything keeps going as smoothly as they are, we will continue to use them. Thanks for your assistance with this.

I finally got the chance to run back over to the elevator with the old valves on it. I’m extremely pleased to say that your 66-year-old valves are still working properly! After I adjusted them with proper closing force, the elevator is running smoothly and sliding into the landing zones perfectly. Thanks again for the info, it was a big help.
